Ss1 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using ss1's services. By registering or accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ss1 platform available at ss1.im, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and all other guidelines published by ss1 from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any published amendments will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users below the specified age limit are not permitted to register for or use any services offered by ss1. ss1 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access ss1's full services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for:
- The confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or any other party.
- Notify ss1 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
- Keeping the personal information stored in your account up to date at all times.
Ss1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure. Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or when unusual activity is detected on your account.
3. Platform Terms of Use
Users agree to use the ss1 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are prohibited specifically:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without ss1's prior written consent.
- Cheating, manipulating, or exploiting any technical bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Sharing, lending, or transferring your account to another individual.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Publishing or distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or threatening toward other users or ss1 staff.
- Attempting to access systems, databases, or restricted areas of the platform without authorisation.
Ss1 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information, Transactions & Account Policies
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ss1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and direct bank transfers. ss1 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not charge any currency conversion fees.
Deposits made via FPX are typically credited within minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and whether account verification has been completed. ss1 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity and source of funds before processing any withdrawal.
Account Suspension & Closure
Ss1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- The user is found to have violated any of the rules set out in these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent or manipulative activity has been detected on the account.
- Information provided during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.
- The user fails to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
For accounts closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the nature of the violation. Users who voluntarily close their account may submit a withdrawal request for any valid remaining balance through the customer support channel.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Ss1 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. ss1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of wagered funds, service disruptions, or technical errors.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, text, images, software, and other visual elements found on the ss1 platform are the exclusive property of ss1 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from ss1.
Third-Party Links
The ss1 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational purposes only. ss1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Ss1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.
Continued use of the ss1 platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to discontinue using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under the prevailing law.
